Dear Bid Committee Members,

We are excited to announce that our second MCYConnect meeting is just around the corner, and we want to help you prepare for what lies ahead. Our aim is to keep the meeting within an hour; however, ensuring your comfort and confidence is our top priority. The agenda will be as follows:

1. ​Introductions: We will start with introductions, conducted committee by committee in a dynamic, popcorn-style format.

2. Committee Reports: Each committee should present a brief (2-3 minute) update on their progress. This can be delivered by the chair, co-chair, or a trusted member. Even though it's early in the bidding year, please share information on your next meeting, financial status, progress on establishing bank accounts, upcoming events or plans, concerns, expectations from MCYconnect, and outreach efforts for growing and retaining members.

3. Advisory Responses: Following the reports, our advisory team will address your concerns as time permits. Please note that some issues might need additional attention outside of the meeting.

4. Presentation from Advisory: We will devote a dedicated segment of the meeting to present and discuss the crucial bidding requirements,  ensuring they receive the prominence they deserve.

5. Q&A Session: We will allocate time for a fair and balanced Q&A session, allowing each committee to ask questions. If you have pressing questions, consider including them in your report.

6. Advisory Reports: In the final 5 minutes, the advisory team will provide updates on their activities since the last advisory meeting, sharing their progress and accomplishments.
